Habits are born out of small instances, repeatedly once, twice and on a daily basis out of stress or happiness. It's casy to adapt and offer, but tough to leave. Set yourself a challenge, get it done, and see how confident you feel. Even if you don't complete the challenge, you will learn something about yourself. There are many ways to go back, but only one way to move forward. So, place your focus where it needs to be. You can lie to millions of people, but you cannot lie to yourself.
